Article 1
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through soulevé.com, operated by Soulevé, registered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (KVK: 80846668).
Soulevé reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
These terms are governed by Dutch law and comply with EU consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive.
Article 2
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Soulevé reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you pay.
We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store payment card details.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at info@souleve.com. After this window, the order may already be processed for shipment.
Article 3
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Italy. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. Soulevé is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking code by email. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Article 4
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
Contact us at support@souleve.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Article 5
We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photographic lighting. These variations do not constitute a reason for return.
Soulevé reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time. In the event that a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with options for an alternative or full refund.
Article 6
Creating an account is optional but allows you to track orders, save your address, and access order history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Soulevé reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Article 7
All content on soulevé.com — including logos, text, photography, designs, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Soulevé and protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Article 8
Soulevé is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by applicable law.
Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the order in question.
Article 9
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
As an EU consumer, you also have access to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
