Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?

Browse our collection on the Shop page, select your size and colour, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, head to your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout". You can check out as a guest or with an account.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. We never store card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing info@souleve.com with your order number. After this window, orders may already be processed for shipment and can no longer be changed.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
+
First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@souleve.com with the email address you used to place the order. We'll resend the confirmation right away.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Yes! Follow us on Instagram and TikTok for exclusive drops and promo codes. You can also create an account to access member-only offers. Discount codes can be entered at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days (€6.95, free over €100)
Express Shipping — 1–2 business days (€12.95)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Italy. We are working on expanding to more countries. International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. You can also view your order status in My Account.
My package hasn't arrived. What do I do?
+
First, check your tracking link for the latest update. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us at support@souleve.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
+
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Sale items can only be exchanged, not refunded. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at support@souleve.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and your reason. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
I received a defective or wrong item. What now?

We're sorry about that! Contact us at support@souleve.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — and we'll cover the return shipping costs.
Products & Sizing
How do I know which size to pick?

Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements for each product category (T-Shirts, Long Sleeves, Hoodies, and Jackets). If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going up for a more relaxed fit or down for a closer fit.
How should I care for my Soulevé items?
+
Always follow the care label inside the garment. In general: wash inside-out on a cold cycle (30°C), do not tumble dry, and do not bleach. For printed items, washing inside-out helps preserve the design for longer.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
+
Some items are limited edition and will not be restocked. Others may return in future drops. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok to stay updated, or enable restock notifications in your account settings.
Are the colours accurate to the photos?

We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, screen settings and photographic lighting can cause slight variations. If colour accuracy is very important to you, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to order history, saved addresses, early access to new drops, and member-only discounts. Create an account here.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
+
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do you handle my personal data?

We take your privacy seriously. We only collect data necessary to process your order and improve your experience. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the My Account page under Notifications → Danger Zone. This will permanently remove all your data. Alternatively, email privacy@souleve.com and we'll handle it within 7 days.
